| Rebecca has developed a revolutionary new
way to improve the point of a ballerina's foot. By using the
Ballet Foot Stretch
foot stretchers with heavy rubberbands and combining it with her own style
of stretching the tarsal arch of the foot, she has improved the arches of
all her dancers in much shorter time than with just taking class. Even
students with "wooden" feet have seen remarkable progress with this
technique. After weeks of stretching, she then starts to retrain the
foot muscles to strengthen them into the correct winged position. In as
little as a few months, her students have seen dramatic differences in the
arch and strength of their pointe... and oftentimes this leads the student
to progress to taking pointe much earlier in her training.
Payment for Rebecca's classes must be made directly to the studio where
the class is being taught before the start of the class in accordance with the studio's payment policy.
